My husband and I don’t have any grandchildren yet and it will be a ways down the road before we ever do. But, I sure think that in God’s time they would be mighty nice to have!

Some very good friends of ours stopped by the house the other night. And they brought their beautiful new granddaughter with them. They wanted to get some chickens from us for their pen. So, while they and my husband went to the barn to catch chickens, I got to watch the baby!

She is a precious baby and taking care of her for a little bit was a pure joy! She was dressed in the sweetest little chicken print dress. After all, they were there to catch chickens! Ha! I watched her cute expressions as she slept. And noticed how perfect her delicate little hands, feet and facial features are. It’s easy to see the perfection of God’s creation while watching a sleeping baby. And just mind blowing when I think about how we are all created in the image of God!!

Genesis 1:27 KJV- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
