This has been an eventful year for us and it has gone by so quickly! We are all blessed and hope you are as well!

I am doing well and other than a few minor health hiccups; I’ve managed to stay in pretty good health this year. As of December, I am four years “cancer free”. Praise the Lord!! This year is also my 35th anniversary with Ritter Communications. Where does the time go?! I am so thankful for Ritter and my work family. They have been such a blessing to me for all these years!! My blog at www.awindinmyear.com recently had its one year anniversary. I’ve now written and posted about ninety stories including my testimony, for edification and to glorify the Lord.

Lyndon continues to farm and to care for his whole little zoo full of animals. He enjoys his garden and doing the Farmers’ Market in the spring and summer. He bought a boat this year with the intention of him and Quinn doing some fishing. But with Quinn’s illness, very little fishing was possible. I’m hoping next year will be different because I do love me some fried crappie!

Evan is still working at Baxter Regional, where he is over the Chemistry Department in the lab. He also completed his bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology this December and plans to continue on with his schooling. He may however, take a small break for a semester or so. He’s been working very hard with both work and school for a while now. Evan got his website up and going this year, where he has a variety of things posted in the service of the Lord including audio messages and writings. It’s at www.makingitgood.com and well worth your time to visit.

As most of you know, Quinn was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in June of this year. It’s been and continues to be a huge challenge and test of faith for all of us. But we know that the Lord never gives His children more than we can bear. And even in this, we can see God blessing us and helping us thru it all. Please continue to pray for Quinn. His doctor plans to increase his meds soon. And with the disease progression and the overwhelming side effects of the MS medications, Quinn is struggling to find his new “normal”.

We love you and wish you all a very blessed Christmas with good health and happiness in the New Year!!!
