Need a friend to listen? Children of the Lord can always call on Him. He always has time for us. We’ll never get a busy signal. He’ll never be out of the office or on another line. You won’t get an error message to try again later. You won’t run out of minutes or lose your connection. You won’t have to go thru an automated customer service process to talk to Him. There is no pushing buttons to reach the right department or having to start all over if you mess up and push the wrong button. He is there for us anytime day or night, 24/7. He works weekends and holidays. You won’t be put on hold and have to wait in line to talk to Him. There are no passwords to remember.

If you want to talk, the Lord will listen. There is no fancy equipment required, just a sincere and humble heart.

2 Samuel 22:4 I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

2 Timothy 2:22 Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

Psalms 66:19-20 But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer. Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

Proverbs 15:29 The LORD is far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.

Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Psalms 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
